A Little Bit About Me…
With over thirty years of experience in local and regional acts, singing and playing guitar I have built a solid reputation for providing a professional show and entertaining an audience. Through these years I have learned many valuable lessons regarding the study of music, live performance, recording, production and the technology of music. I have never been happier, than when I am sharing this knowledge with others in an atmosphere that allows me to continue to grow as a musician and a person.
In my earlier years as a student, I studied guitar and sound engineering with David Levy of Legacy Lab in Chambersburg, PA. When I decided to start teaching I felt that formal education would only enhance what I had to offer so I returned to school at Hagerstown Community College. Upon earning an Associate degree in music, I continued my studies at Berklee College of Music where I ultimately completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Music Production.
In addition to offering lessons for guitar, bass, and recording/production I continue to perform regionally both solo and with several other acts. I also continue to work with local bands and singer/songwriters helping them to write, arrange and record their music at Wreck Room Studio, my home project studio.
Please enjoy the site and contact me if you have any questions or would like more information on instruction or recording/production.
Thank you,
Kevin
